Our Rates, Terms, and Conditions are explained below. Use the Pay Online button above to either retain AI Fire Logix or make payments for services and expenses.

Our professional services are billed at a rate of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per hour plus all expenses except those related to deposition testimony or trial attendance and testimony which are billed at Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per hour plus expenses. Unless discussed and otherwise agreed to, an initial retainer of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) is required before scheduling or beginning any professional service, and all services performed will be billed against the retainer received. Approval will be obtained before exceeding a retainer. Matters will be invoiced and outstanding approved work must be paid within 60 days of receipt. If unpaid, all work on a matter will cease until payment is received and no new work will be undertaken.
A minimum of eight (8) hours will be accepted by the client for each day on which either deposition or trial testimony is either scheduled or given, regardless of the actual time as no other work can be scheduled simultaneously. Notwithstanding the outcome of any litigation, all fees, costs, and expenses will be paid in full before a report is issued or deposition or trial testimony actually occurs.
Submission of a client's initial matter materials or receipt of a retainer will confirm the client's acceptance of these terms. It shall confirm that AI Fire Logix will have a conflict of interest with other interested parties in the same matter. The work and its product belong to the client, not AI Fire Logix. Accordingly, AI Fire Logix shall not disclose or communicate any information regarding the matter to another party except at the client's direction or as required by a legal order.
